The employee hired under the employment contract may be remunerated in different ways. The regulations indicate the possibility of establishing different systems of remuneration with the employee – fixed, hourly, commission, piecework. If the employer decides to use the hourly wage system, he must remember that he is obligated to establish the remuneration in accordance with the minimum hourly rate.
The minimum hourly rate is not fixed and depends on two factors:
- on the number of hours to be worked in a month,
- the minimum wage established for the given year
